Looking for the 2023 Whale Watching Season! Orca Spirit Adventures is looking to hire part time Whale Watching Captains for larger covered vessels – Master Limited 60 Tonne and/or 150 Tonne and/or 500 Tonne. We are looking for someone who has experience working within the tourism/ whale watching industry and is familiar with the Salish Sea. We require our captains to operate daily tours, at least twice daily. This is a seasonal position and on-call work.
A passion for wildlife, in particular marine mammals, and the tourism Industry is very important to us and we require someone who has excellent customer service skills. We believe in conservation through education and feel that you should have a strong respect for the natural environment as well. A background in biology is considered a great asset.
