OUR WHALE GUARANTEE

We believe in the magic of the Salish Sea – and we know that wildlife doesn’t follow a schedule. On rare occasions, the whales simply aren’t where we can find them. When that happens, we honour our commitment to you with a complimentary return tour, no questions asked.

BOOKING YOUR RETURN TOUR

Return tours operate on a stand-by basis, which means we confirm your spot up to one hour before departure – this lets us make sure the whales are out there and that we have space for you on board.

  • Call or email our office during the stand-by window (one hour before departure).
  • Let us know the date and time of your original No Whale Tour so we can pull up your booking.
  • Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.

WHAT'S COVERED

Your return tour covers everything from your original booking, with one small exception:

  • The wildlife conservation and fuel surcharge fee of $14.70 per person is not included on return tours.

A FEW GOOD THINGS TO KNOW

  • Your No Whale Tour voucher never expires – use it whenever you’re ready to head back out.
  • If you happen to have a second no-whale outing (it’s rare, but wildlife keeps us humble), we’ll give you another complimentary tour. There’s no limit.
